Moog UK is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Specialist to join the Moog UK HR Shared Service team. Working closely with the UK Payroll Manager and site HR teams, this role offers the chance to support the professional delivery of a full payroll service to the UK sites while providing excellent opportunities for career progression and growth within the company.

What You’ll Do

Manage and process full-cycle monthly payrolls using WorkdayCoordinate data integration between AutoTime and Workday for overtime and travel timeUpdate and monitor the Darwin My Rewards platform for benefits changes and auto-enrolment complianceReconcile payroll data, prepare HMRC RTI submissions, and ensure regulatory complianceHandle statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SAP, etc.), P45s, and new starter documentationPrepare analytical payroll reports for Finance and HRUpload monthly BACs files and third-party payments using PT-X softwareRespond to employee queries with professionalism and empathyParticipate in project work and contribute to process enhancementsTravel to UK sites every 1–2 months to provide on-site support

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years' payroll experience, ideally in a mid-sized business environmentProficiency in Workday, BACs processing, and Time and Attendance systemsStrong IT and numerical skills (Excel, Word), with a sharp eye for accuracyExcellent communication and customer service skillsFull driving licenseOrganised, methodical, and comfortable navigating online platformsCommitment to confidentiality, data protection, and Moog’s core values
