UK Client Service Delivery Administrator
As part of the team, you will work closely with UK colleagues to provide comprehensive support in coordinating retirement solutions for our clients. Our main activities include managing digital platforms, handling member communications, analyzing process data, and preparing reports that help advise key decisions. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, validating, and verifying operational data, as well as directly collaborating with UK teams to ensure the highest quality of service and effective delivery of solutions. Our office is located in Krakow, and for this position we offer flexibility with a hybrid working arrangement.
