Job Description – Senior RPA Developer (Power Automate & UiPath)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect / Senior RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate 80% and UiPath 20%. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable automation solutions to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and support our digital transformation initiatives.
The role requires a blend of technical excellence, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to mentor junior developers while collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Automation Design & Development
o Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for automation.
o Design, develop, and implement robust RPA solutions using Power Automate and UiPath .
o Ensure solutions follow best practices, scalability, security, and compliance standards.
o Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and databases.
• Project Execution & Delivery
o Lead end-to-end automation lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
o Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to align solutions with business goals.
o Develop reusable automation components, templates, and frameworks.
• Governance & Standards
o Follow organizational RPA governance, coding standards, and documentation practices.
o Conduct peer reviews and ensure quality assurance across automation deliverables.
o Contribute to establishing and refining best practices for automation development.
• Support & Maintenance
o Provide production support and troubleshoot issues in deployed automations.
o Monitor bots, manage exceptions, and optimize existing automations for performance improvements.
• Collaboration & Mentoring
o Mentor and guide junior developers on RPA tools and techniques.
o Collaborate with architecture teams to evaluate emerging automation technologies.
o Support knowledge-sharing and training sessions across teams.
Required Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
o Minimum 8+ years of experience in RPA development and delivery.
o Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, Connectors)
o Proficiency in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework).
o Strong knowledge of workflow automation, process mapping, and optimization.
o Solid experience with SQL, APIs, and integrations.
o Familiarity with scripting languages such as VB.NET, C#, Python, or PowerShell.
• Certifications (Preferred):
o Microsoft Power Automate or Power Platform certifications.
o UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD).
