Description + This sub family is responsible for developing implementing and maintaining technical quality assurance and control systems. + Duties may include defining and specifying the implementation of standards methods and procedures for inspecting testing and evaluating the precision accuracy and reliability of client and/or company products. + Impact: Influences development of solutions that impact strategic project/program goals and business results. + Recommends and develops new technical solutions products and/or standards in support of functions strategy and operations. + Leads and manages works of other technical staff that has significant impact on project results/outputs. + Complexity: Resolves highly complex problems using significant application of technical knowledge conceptualizing reasoning and interpretation. + Develops solutions that are highly innovative and achieved through research and integration of best practices. + Communication: Requires ability to communicate with executive leadership internally or client regarding matters of significant importance to the organization/project. + Works to convince others to accept areas view/current practices and agree/accept new concepts practices and approaches. + Leadership Talent Management: Knowledge: Has in-depth understanding of technical principles theories concepts and their application across range of programs. Serves as a subject matter expert within technical domain area. + Typical Education Experience: Typically requires BS degree and 12 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10-13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience integrating UI tests into CI/CD pipelines. + Familiarity with test case management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira). + Prior QA or SDET background in desktop application testing. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $101.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
