Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive UiPath RPA Developer to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining RPA solutions using UiPath. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Must Have skills:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath.
• Work with business analysts to understand process requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
• Maintain existing automations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure bots are built following best practices, governance, and security standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed bots and processes.
• Monitor the performance of deployed bots and ensure reliability and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers if applicable.
• Identify opportunities for further automation and process improvement.

Good to Have skills:

• Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
• Analysis, judgment, and project management
• Interpersonal communication, both verbal and written, with technical and non-technical staff
• Ability to:
• Work effectively in a team environment.
• Adapt to changing technology and priorities.
• Work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects, and prioritize effectively.
• Interpret, validate, and map business requirements to appropriate solutions.
