**Job Description** At Richmond Beverage Solutions, a division of Dairy Farmers of America, we’re proud to nourish families across the country with fresh, high-quality dairy products. As a UHT Processing Operator, you will be responsible for the following: + Set up, sterilize, and operate specialized production equipment (including UHT systems). + Clean and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. + Operate separators and related machinery, including cleaning-in-place (CIP) procedures. + Safely lift and move materials weighing between 50–100 lbs on a regular basis. + Work in hot and humid environments as part of daily operations. + Accurately complete required production and safety records. + Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company safety standards. + Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team. **Qualifications** + Ability to learn and operate technical equipment. + Physical capability to lift heavy items repeatedly. + Comfortable working in warm, humid conditions. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. + Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to different tasks. **What We Offer** + Hands-on training for specialized equipment. + A supportive team environment. + Opportunities to gain experience across multiple areas of production. **Requirements** An Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans
