Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking to hire a UCC Engineer to join their team in the San Diego area. This person will be responsible for implementing and integrating UCC solutions for this customer. Responsibilities listed below: • Solution Design & Deployment  • Assess environments and recommend UCC solutions  • Create detailed design and connectivity documentation  • Deploy, integrate, and test UC&C infrastructure • Project Collaboration  • Work with Project Managers and stakeholders throughout implementation  • Coordinate tasks, changes, and ensure projects meet scope, budget, and timelines • Technical Support & Troubleshooting  • Assist helpdesk with configuration and issue resolution  • Research and respond to product-specific technical questions • Documentation & Reporting  • Maintain technical and project documentation  • Provide progress reports and escalate issues as needed • Strategic Guidance  • Advise on system migrations and upgrade strategies Develop hosted/managed service deployment models We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements - UCC Experience   ○ Software- Zoom, configuring zoom rooms, set up permissions, set up accounts   ○ Hardware- Poly & Neat Pad  - Some AV experience   ○ Software- Crestron preferred but could take AMX or Extron   ○ Basic troubleshooting of AV equipment  - Basic network troubleshooting experience, cisco preferred  - Jira, SNOW or some other ticketing tool (project tracking)  - CCNA Valid Driver's License
