Key job responsibilities
As a key strategic partner to UC and Agentic AI leadership, you will architect and execute solutions that directly impact our most valuable asset - our people. This role demands both big thinking and precise execution, as you'll be responsible for:
• Driving strategic planning and execution across UC and AAI's people organization, including PXT 3-Year Plan and OP1 development
• Owning mission-critical business operations and mechanisms that keep our organization operating at peak performance
• Leading innovative HR initiatives that strengthen our organization's capabilities, health, and resilience
• Developing scalable frameworks that become the standard for how we operate and grow
• Partnering with AWS PXT Centers of Excellence to translate data insights into actionable solutions that drive meaningful change
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can toggle between strategic thinking and tactical execution, using data to drive decisions and influence across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
