Job Description A client/employer of Insight Global is seeking a strategic and process-driven UAT Lead to establish and manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) framework for our commercial operations. This role is not about executing tests, but about building the foundation for how UAT should be conducted across the organization. You will define the process, clarify roles and responsibilities, train stakeholders, and create a feedback loop between business users and engineering teams to ensure continuous improvement.
