Your mission, roles and responsibilities• Prepare and present the Production Unit budget
• Ensure operational indicators of safety, quality, and productivity
• Compliance with and monitoring of the production plan
• Coordination with staff areas to ensure continuous improvement
• Manage production resources to ensure customer satisfaction and PMU costs
• Develop and train PMU members
• Lead problem-solving
• Manage the PMU team: ensure adequate personnel resources, maintain the work environment in accordance with the Group's Safety, Health, and Environmental standards
• ISO 14001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018 IATF Standard 16949:2016
Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Administration or similar.
Minimum 3 years in a similar position leading a multidisciplinary team Management of industrial processes in the automotive industry Budget management Production procedures: Welding, Riveting, Fastening.
