**Overview** **Job Summary Details:** The Lead Baggage Agent provides support to the Baggage Service Office and ensures Baggage Service Agents effectively assist customers with delayed, damaged or pilfered baggage. **Benefit Information:** ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. **Basic Qualifications:** • Must be 18 years of age or older • No prior experience required and on-the-job training provided • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required **Preferred Qualifications:** • One (1) year of prior work experience preferred **Responsibilities:** • Determine flight departure times and connecting carriers based on customer tickets • Screen all passengers transferring between airlines prior to placing baggage on the return belts • Ensure baggage tags are correct • Direct and assist passengers with short-checked bags • Handle misplace or lost baggage claims and provide reports to carriers • Evaluate customers' needs concerning airline locations A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
