The Program has established itself within the firm as the premiere opportunity to gain vast understanding of interconnectivity within business groups and across functional roles in the Personal Bank. Whether you come from a traditional finance major or are looking to pivot your career through a rotational leadership and development program, you’ll gain experience in today’s changing economic environment. The Program offers support through dedicated mentorship, networking events, an active internal Leadership Analyst alumni network, and personalized coaching by a Program Manager to support your career goals.
**Your time here will look something like this...**
The Analyst Program is a 24-month developmental experience that provides opportunity working in two 12- month rotations across the U.S. Personal Bank. Each Analyst will spend a rotation immersed in a different business group, such as: Cards, Retail Banking, Cit Retail Services, Marketing, Customer Experience and more. We offer a variety of functional roles to fit the diverse interests of our Leadership Analysts, such as: Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, Strategy, Innovation, Customer Experience, Risk and Controls, and Analytics. Throughout your 24-months in the Program you’ll broaden your skills, explore areas of the Personal Bank to gain insight into your unique interests and career goals, and build a strong professional network. Upon completion of the Program, Leadership Analysts are considered for an AVP-level role at Citi.

+ You are obtaining your undergraduate degree and are graduating between December 2025 and June 2026
+ You have maintained a 3.3 GPA and above
+ You have U.S Work Authorization
