U.S.–Based Internships at World Vision

Spring & Summer Opportunities – Talent Pool

World Vision Internships provide a three-month opportunity for talented students and recent graduates eager to explore the international relief and development field. We’re dedicated to giving you a meaningful learning experience, where you’ll grow, gain valuable skills, and connect with other passionate professionals who share our mission.

Internship Opportunity

Our internship program, which runs during the spring and summer, is designed to provide hands-on experience, impactful work, and professional development in a supportive environment. While we are not actively hiring for internships at this time, we are building a Talent Pool of students and recent graduates interested in future opportunities.

If you're exploring internship options and would like to be considered when our next recruitment cycle opens, we encourage you to apply to this posting.

What Is a Talent Pool?

By applying to this posting, you’re expressing interest in potential internship roles that may open in the spring or summer. This is not an active internship opening but a way for us to connect with talented, motivated students or recent graduates ahead of our formal recruitment process.

Qualified candidates will be reviewed and contacted when internship opportunities matching their skills and interests become available.
