What you’ll doAs a Technical Product Owner (TPO) for TV hardware and software development, you will bridge the gap between business, engineering, and design teams. You will be responsible for analysing product requirements, prioritizing feature development, and ensuring the successful delivery of integrated TV solutions that combine cutting-edge hardware with intuitive, high-performance software. As part of the TAD Release & Deliver Management team you own the roadmap of a significant part of the Vodafone TV platform, defining and prioritizing functionalities in order to maximize the delivered value at any point in time. The role encompasses working with other Vodafone TV Product Owners, ARTs etc. and managing dependencies across Vodafone and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of releases.
Building and grooming product backlog with respective product owners/ squadsAccountability for end-to-end delivery of the roadmap items in alignment with the Vodafone TV organisation - identify, manage and resolve dependencies and risksDecide on priorities to optimize throughput - define requirements and break down into incremental value-added deliveriesPlan release and feature trains based on backlog and manage milestones, dependencies & risk against budgetCoordinate with internal & external stakeholders to properly communicate expectations and responsibilities for delivering added value Manage external delivery factories against agreed objectives and monitor KPIs accordinglyAbstract complex technical challenges and be able to communicate to stakeholders on all organizational levelsContribute to and drive agile transformation of the Release & Delivery Management chapter and respective squads Who you are 5+ years professional work experienceProject Management certification(s), both in classic and agile project mgmt. methodologiesDeep understanding and experience of applied agile methodologiesComprehensive understanding of relevant TV & Video technologies to provide credible assistance to various teams and be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issuesVendor / 3d party management experience Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
