Instructional Aide/Tutor *Early Childhood Education/Child Development Classes or 48 College Units required* Key Responsibilities + Assist students with classroom activities, assignments, and individualized education plans (IEPs). + Support behavior management strategies and maintain a positive learning environment. + Provide personal care assistance, including mobility support and therapeutic exercises, as directed by healthcare professionals. + Monitor student safety and well-being throughout the school day. + Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents regarding student progress and needs. + Maintain confidentiality and comply with all school policies and professional standards. Minimum Requirements + Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Early Childhood Education or 48 hours of college credits required. + Professional Standards: Must comply with all relevant professional standards of practice. + Certifications: + Current CPR certification (if applicable). + TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest X-ray (if applicable). + Current health certificate (as required by contract or state regulation). + Legal Requirements: Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements for employment in a school setting. + Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
