Join our team in Miamisburg, Ohio, where we produce custom and stock labels, tickets, and tags for major organizations in logistics, food, and retail. We're looking for a dedicated Turret Slitter Operator to work our 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM), Sunday through Thursday.

As a Turret Slitter Operator, you'll specialize in operating a variety of slitting, tubing, and turret machines. You'll work with a team to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot turret slitter machines, making necessary adjustments to ensure a quality production run.Quality Control: Review customer order specifications and perform complex set-ups and changeovers, ensuring all materials are ready and a quality product is produced.Team Collaboration: Work closely with teammates, group leaders, and other departments like Quality and Warehouse to achieve production goals.Continuous Improvement: Offer input on current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
