TURNOVER COORDINATOR

We are seeking a Turnover Coordinator to support the preparation, coordination, and tracking of turnover documentation for mechanical completion and handover to commissioning. This role involves close collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Construction, and Completions teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Key Responsibilities: Support HES and IIF initiatives, including Behavioural Based Safety (BBS) Report unsafe acts/conditions via observation cards Ensure compliance with ethics policies and execution procedures Assist in developing Turnover Dossier (TOD) procedures and contractor requirements Coordinate contractor and supplier documentation for handover Track and report TOD and MRB status using project databases Support internal audits and corrective actions Supervise TOD personnel and align team priorities Prepare TOD checklists, schedules, reports, and issue logs Participate in lessons learned sessions and implement improvements
Qualifications: Experience in large-scale industrial or construction projects Strong understanding of completions, handover processes, and documentation Experience developing and implementing quality plans, procedures, and instructions Experience in QA/QC system setup Proficient in tracking tools and database reporting Strong communication and coordination skills
