Trane in Greenville, SC is hiring a Turnkey Project Manager. The Turnkey Project Manager is responsible for execution of self-perform turnkey projects including managing, execution, financials, administration, implementation, and customer satisfaction.  They will take the lead on assigned turnkey projects with little oversight.  The Turnkey Project Manager will manage a portfolio of turnkey projects and ensure that quality standards are maintained.

Where is the work:  On-site (5 days)

What you will do: 

Validate project scope, cost, and schedule by reviewing contract documents, holding internal meetings and establishing customer expectations.

Prepare and communicate project execution strategy to field leadership.  Coordinate and obtain materials, schedule manpower, and communicate project schedule and details with customer and all stakeholders. 

Manage all aspects of contract execution including cost, quality, safety, and schedule. 

Primarily utilize Trane field technicians for execution of projects. 

Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and developing communication plans with both internal and external stakeholders to provide timely project updates

Leads all aspects of project administration including responsibility for maneuvering through governing agencies requirements including the state, city, county, federal and local level, and proactively manages projects to business compliance, project documentation, and safety guidelines

Financially manages all aspects of projects including cash flow, monthly forecasted cost / revenue, forecasted cost at completion, monitoring expenses, collections support, applied cost, and oversees preparation and communications for monthly backlog review with leaders.

Utilizes properly qualified subcontractors, awards subcontracts, manages subcontractor execution, and collaborates with subcontractors to establish communication guidelines for project progress, project meetings, billing expectations and project safety. 

 

What you will bring:

Electrical, mechanical engineering or Construction Project Management Degree or 3-5 years of related experience.  Experience with Project Schedules / PM Construction Software

Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.

 

Compensation: 

Base Pay Range: $65,000 - $110,000
