Oversees and supervises all aspects of turnkey jobsite activities, including subcontractor management, scheduling, and safety, to ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma with 5+ years of construction industry experience
Prior experience as a Site Superintendent
General knowledge of engineering, electricity, HVAC systems, and building construction safety
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to use Microsoft Project for reviewing/revising project schedules
Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating jobsite activities
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management
Familiarity with energy management systems, HVAC systems, temperature controls, and process control systems
Experience managing subcontractors and vendors on medium to large projects
Knowledge of mechanical systems and conflict management experience
Understanding of internal contracting processes and compliance standards
Responsibilities:
Supervise all turnkey jobsite activities from start to completion, leading subcontractors to meet project objectives
Collaborate with project managers to schedule subcontractors and maintain project schedules
Manage daily reporting, on-site safety requirements, and subcontractor performance
Ensure jobsite safety and hold subcontractors accountable for compliance
Communicate regularly with on-site customer representatives and project managers
Conduct meetings with contractors and owners regarding project scope, budgets, performance, and close-out activities
Ensure adherence to internal contracting processes and project requirements
Pay Details: $40.00 to $52.00 per hour
