Turning Machines Requisition Manager
Join our dynamic team as a Turning Machines Requisition Manager in Lyon, France! This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in requisitioning rotating process machines for a leading player in the refining, gas, and petrochemical industries. If you are passionate about mechanical engineering and have a knack for managing complex projects, we want to hear from you!
Role Overview Drafting technical specifications for calls for tenders. Analyzing technical offers and clarifying details with suppliers. Preparing technical comparison tables. Creating equipment requisitions for orders. Following up on supplier studies post-ordering, verifying documents, and coordinating with other disciplines (process, installation, instrumentation, electricity, civil engineering, pressure vessels, etc.). Skills & Qualifications Fluency in French and English. Strong knowledge of rotating equipment. Proficiency in Word and Excel software. Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and team members. Education & Experience Education: Bac +5 in General Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, ideally with a specialization in turbomachinery. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience with rotating machinery and/or packages in the refining, gas, or petrochemical fields. Pay & Benefits Full-time contract position with a duration of 6 months, renewable. Opportunity to work onsite in Lyon, France.
