ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all areas of sales within a defined territory, including selling, marketing, customer service, administration, production, and training for Turf Care Services:
Meet with existing and potential residential and commercial clients daily to evaluate their turf care needsEstablish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships within the defined territoryPrepare and provide proposals to clients utilizing sales process tools, software, and other technologiesSupervise work to be performed, ensuring turf care services are completed based on the signed contract and to the client's satisfactionSet up personal sales expectations with immediate supervisor and prepare to meet sales goalsResponsible for implementing and enforcing all safety, transportation, and pesticide compliance programs Qualifications
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience selling and implementing Turf Care ServicesValid Driver’s LicenseCommercial Pesticide Applicator LicenseAssociates or Bachelor’s Degree in Turfgrass Management, Plant & Soil Science, or HorticultureThe F.
