About Tumoohy:

Tumoohy طموحي is AbbVie’s Emirati graduate program designed to develop high-potential UAE National talent through a structured 18–24-month rotational journey.
Participants gain hands-on experience, real responsibilities, and cross-functional exposure across AbbVie , building a strong foundation for future careers in the pharmaceutical industry.

We are currently accepting applications for بour tracks: Commercial, Medical, HR, and Finance.

Program Tracks & Rotations

1. Commercial Track

For candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field with a strong interest in commercial roles.

Rotations include:

Field SalesMarketingCustomer ExcellenceMarket AccessRegulatory AffairsEthics & Compliance (OEC)Quality Assurance

2. Medical Track

For candidates with Science or medical backgrounds (biomedical sciences, pharmacy, biochemistry, life sciences, etc.).

3. HR Track

For candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field, with a strong interest in developing a career in HR.

Rotations include:

4. Finance Track

For candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or any relevant field, with an interest in building foundational experience in Finance.

Rotations include:
