The position ensures that the entire process meets customer and internal requirements and is completed in an organized, efficient and safe manner.

\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n\n\t\n\tTraining for the employees that processes packages/freight within the hub\n\t\n\t\n\tIssues documents verifying the training process to applicable department(s)\n\t\n\t\n\tEnsures the training of each employee meets company standards of each department during package/freight processing\n\t\n\t\n\tWorks closely with new hires and tracks the progress of each employee’s training\n\t\n\t\n\tAbility to multi-task and direct multiple employees\n\t\n\n\n

Skills & Qualifications:\n\n\n\t\n\tMinimum 5 years Tug Dispatch operations experience\n\t\n\t\n\tExperience with training employees is helpful\n\t\n\t\n\tStrong leadership and communication skills\n\t\n\t\n\tComputer skills (Microsoft office)\n\t\n\t\n\tProfessional Appearance\n\t\n\t\n\tFlexible shift required\n\t\n\n\n\n\nDHL is an equal opportunity employer.
