Safety: Ensure compliance with GE Aerospace safety standards and promote a safety-first culture. Quality: Maintain high-quality standards and ensure deliverables meet industry and company requirements. Delivery: Manage tasks to meet deadlines and collaborate with teams for timely project completion. Cost: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvements. Serve as the Obeya operational leader, driving prioritization, escalation, and alignment across functions. Develop and execute operational cadences (e.g., DMS, WOR, MOR) and update the Part Family Obeya. Create kaizen roadmaps aligned with performance metrics and priorities. Deploy standard work for operational rhythms and manage escalation processes. Highlight process gaps, drive problem-solving using FLIGHT DECK tools, and foster continuous improvement. Collaborate across functions to eliminate roadblocks and enhance productivity. Build predictive models to align supply chain realities with business commitments. Coach and lead FLIGHT DECK principles to drive cultural transformation and operational improvements. Participate in problem-solving teams using FLIGHT DECK methodologies.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years Manufacturing Engineering or Operations experience + minimum of 5 years (specific) experienceDesired Characteristics:
