Join our team as a Production Associate at a leading company specializing in the design and manufacture of advanced fuel systems. We manufacture CNG fuel storage systems and tanks for trucks and big rigs, focusing on innovation and quality.

ResponsibilitiesAccurately interpret and prepare detailed work instructions and procedures.Utilize assembly tools, fixtures, and specialized equipment proficiently.Demonstrate knowledge of mechanical assembly processes and best practices.Assist with filament winding operations, including resin application and tool maintenance.Support rotomolding processes through material preparation and boss recovery tasks.Perform tank labeling and foam dome installation with precision and care.Assemble and package products to meet or exceed quality standards and delivery timelines.Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items.Clean and lubricate equipment.Load and provide raw materials, such as resin and paxon.Support filament winding tasks such as resin squeezing, tool cleaning, and setting up floor mats.Dispose of all scrap resin, fiber, and cardboards responsibly.Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards.Essential SkillsAt least 1.5 years of experience in production or machine operation.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Mechanically inclined with machine operation skills.Familiarity with visual instruction sheets or blueprints is a plus.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with resin, epoxy, composite materials, Kevlar, pre-preg, fiberglass, and carbon fiber.Knowledge of using a torque wrench.Understanding visual instruction sheets or routers is advantageous.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a clean, large manufacturing facility equipped with multiple machines. The environment is comfortable and not too industrial, offering a supportive atmosphere. The first shift operates Monday to Friday from 6am to 4:30pm, with mandatory overtime that may result in 12-hour days, including Saturdays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Forest, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
