**Nestlé Moldova** is announcing a vacancy for the position of **Sales Finance Controller** based in **Chisinau** .
**Main Purpose of the Role:**
+ Planning, analysis, and control of revenues and expenses related to the Sales department.
+ Participation in the strategic development of channels and customers, ensuring the execution of the commercial plan in line with the strategy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Monitor and control trade budgets in compliance with Nestlé’s financial policies, accounting standards, and budgeting principles.
+ Prepare customer contract budgets, conduct checks and simulations of financial results.
+ Coordinate the forecasting process for sales revenue and customer profitability to ensure alignment with monthly business plans and the Dynamic Forecast.
+ Support the team during period closing by timely calculation of accruals, monthly cost analysis, and report preparation.
+ Organize internal and external benchmarking of sales performance indicators.
+ Ensure full transparency of investments and financial impact for strategic decision-making within contractual terms.
+ Control administrative expenses for the sales team and advise on annual resource planning and variance tracking.
+ Optimize trade investments.
+ Act as the Sales Department Representative within the Finance team to ensure transparency, alignment, and active collaboration with stakeholders.
+ Provide financial forecasts to support company growth.
+ Partner with customer finance teams to support negotiations.
+ Train the sales team through workshops and continuous performance analysis.
+ Participate in audits and inspections.
+ Maintain calculation models (CDP) for business units.
+ Prepare presentations on key financial indicators and other topics as requested by management.
**Requirements:**
+ Degree in Finance or related field.
+ Previous experience in accounting/finance/analytics, ideally in financial control and analysis.
+ Participation in efficiency projects and implementation of best practices.
+ Strong understanding of financial principles and best practices to ensure business sustainability and risk optimization.
+ Analytical skills.
+ Strong communication skills.
+ Business process understanding and practical approach.
+ Knowledge of information systems: SAP, Excel.
+ Fluent Romanian Language is mandatory
+ English proficiency (B2 or higher)
+ Solid knowledge of local accounting standards.
