TSSCI Offensive Cyber Readiness Analyst
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a a qualified Offensive Cyber Readiness Analyst in support of one of are large federal clients in Hampton, VA. This candidate will be developing, staffing, and overseeing Total Force Integration (TFI) efforts that support Air Force (AF) offensive cyberspace operations. Their responsibilities include establishing and managing classic associate unit relationships, organizational structures, and training programs for AF Reserve Command (AFRC) and Air National Guard (ANG) units. They will identify and brief on both positive and negative trends regarding TFI relationships. Additionally, you'll serve as the readiness monitor for Offensive Cyber units, reviewing monthly reports to identify unit-level trends and systematic challenges. Their expertise will be crucial in developing action plans to address negative trends within the units and implementing project schedules. They will also oversee mobilizations supporting Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO) requirements, providing regular briefings to branch leadership and recommending corrective actions. The role extends to creating or modifying documentation, task lists, and codes for offensive cyber units based on guidance. Annually, they will recommend posturing of Unit Type Codes (UTCs) for all OCO units and propose changes as needed. Furthermore, they'll review and validate MPA requests from OCO units and initiate deployment reclamas at the MAJCOM level. Ability to establish and maintain coordination with various offices will ensure effective mission execution. Compensation: $34.57/hr. to $38/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Skills and Requirements ○ TSSCI Clearance ○ 4 years of experience with military unit readiness reporting and policy. ○ 2 years of experience managing Guard and/or Reserve force posturing and mobilization. ○ Experience with UTC development, DOC Statements, DRRS, SORTS, taskings, reclamas, and other Functional Area Manager responsibilities. ○ Working knowledge of AFI 10-201 Force ○ Readiness and AFI 10-401 Air Force ○ Operations Planning and Execution.
