Our work depends on Technical Editor Associate joining our team to utilize your experience with business process analysis to draw inferences from process details and link these inferences to organizational and departmental goals.
HOW THE TECHNICAL EDITOR ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Review usage and effectiveness of knowledge management system and knowledge articles for over 200 applications with future implementations to include an additional 100+ applicationsUpdate and improve existing knowledge base(s) to improve knowledge article content, knowledge article discovery, and improve overall customer service and satisfactionCreate job aids and SOPs for incident and problem resolutionIdentify reoccurring incidents and requests for prioritization of job aid/SOP creationPerform operational duties in support of regulatory, security, and industry practices' compliance documentationCoordinates the verification, approval, and processing of document revisions for call center knowledge baseTrack document activity to ensure timeliness and process efficiencyConduct research and analysis for new content creation and document maintenance (technical writing and editing). Provide customer support for document owners and key stakeholdersWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
BA/BS or equivalent years of experience (AS with 2+ years of exp or HS/GED with 4+ years of experience)0 or more years of relevant experienceIntermediate skills in the Microsoft Office SuiteInterim Secret Clearance is required to onboard. Must be willing and able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance. Active secret (or interim secret) clearance is highly preferredHighly organized, analytical, and logical. Quick learner who can develop creative solutions to audience needsLouisiana residency, living within a reasonable commuting distance (approximately 60 miles) of our Bossier City or New Orleans facility
