TSCM Subject Matter Expert

We’ve got what you’re looking for. **Job Description:** Parsons Special Programs and Systems team is hiring a TSCM subject matter expert to join our growing team of engineers, scientists, developers, and operations specialists. The **TSCM** **SME** will help improve Parsons TSCM tools and practices and conduct comprehensive technical security services for preventing unauthorized access to and egress of clients' data. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: + Identify and document protected data (e.g. IP) for a particular facility / organization. + Identify and document potential competitor/adversary access to a facility’s protected data. + Identify and document potential competitor/adversary egress of protected data from a facility. + Develop/Prep/Deploy/Demo methods to test potential access techniques in customer facility. Analyze and document. + Develop/Prep/Deploy/Demo techniques to generate and measure egress signals in customer facility. Analyze and document. + Continually expand exemplar access technologies and improve access test techniques. + Continually expand exemplar egress technologies and improve egress source and sensor equipment/techniques. + Work as part of a comprehensive IP protection team – focusing on the TSCM portions of the evaluation. + Communicate (written and verbal) TSCM plans, status and results to customers and recommend mitigations to potential access and egress vulnerabilities. + Develop TSCM labor, material and travel budgets. Requirements + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline and 10 years of related experience + Minimum of 7 years experience developing TSCM capabilities/procedures and leading/performing TSCM evaluations. + Fundamental engineering/science based understanding of the many ways an adversary could access and egress protected data. + Deep familiarity of standard and cutting edge TSCM equipment and techniques. + Ability to travel for TSCM evaluations, sometimes up to several weeks at a time. + Demonstrable experience in all the essential Duties and Responsibilities for this position. Security Requirements: + Top Secret/SCI Physical Requirements: + This position requires employees to be willing and able to: sit, bend, reach, stoop, squat, stand, and walk. Skills + Shall have knowledge and experience with Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems, Cloud systems and network architecture, and their associated vulnerabilities + Coordinates and synchronized a broad range of IP protection activities to include analysis, collections, investigations, operations, functional services, and others + Provide covert and overt Video Support including installation and monitoring of Closed circuit systems + Monitor radio frequency emissions and provides surveillance support + Ability to identify, acquire, test and maintain a broad range of equipment (e.g. RF, optical, acoustic, vibrational, hardwire, inspection) + Ability to interface equipment to computers and manage collected data in a systematic manner. + Excellent communication skills ( writer, briefer) + Excellent planner **Security Clearance Requirement:** An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.​ This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
