Job Description Insight Global is looking to hire a Configuration Analyst, sitting hybrid in Hanover, MD, to manage configuration and change management processes. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) - Identifying, managing, and tracking Configuration Items (CIs) - Ensure version control and compliance through audits - Enforce change control processes and assess change impacts - Coordinate change meetings and monitor process metrics - Document procedures and collaborate across teams - Provide training and support on configuration and change management best practices Compensation: $40/hr to $49.25/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
