Job Description • Monitor, operate, and maintain critical facility systems, including: Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, Generators and emergency power systems, Power distribution units (PDUs) and switchgear, HVAC units, CRAC/CRAH systems, and chilled water distribution, and Fire suppression and monitoring systems • Conduct routine inspections, diagnostics, and performance checks to ensure all equipment is functioning within standard parameters. • Respond to alarms, alerts, and abnormal system conditions; troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime • Follow established data center operations procedures, emergency checklists, and escalation processes. • Support environmental monitoring across the facility, including temperature, humidity, power load, and security conditions. • Assist in root-cause analysis for incidents or equipment failures and recommend system improvements. Hours: 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am - 12 hour shifts - some flexibility with times if candidates are able to work 12 hour shifts Schedule: 3 days on, 4 days off, then the next week 4 days on, 3 days off - every other Saturday-Monday off Salary: $20-58/hour (depending on experience) + hourly differential pay for night shift Level 1: 2-4+ years of experience Level 2: 6+ years of experience Level 3: 8+ years of experience Level 4: 10+ years of experience We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements • Active Top-Secret SCI clearance with CI Polygraph completed within the past 4 years (must be able to pass/obtain Full Scope Polygraph upon hire) • High School diploma or GED • 2-10+ years of experience within commercial facilities maintenance, data center operations, or mechanical/electrical maintenance • Experience working in a data center environment • Journeyman Electrician license, Journeyman HVAC license, or similar
