Job Overview Job Title: Trusted Thin Client Lead Location: Shaw AFB (Sumter), SC This position is pending contract award. Job Responsibilities Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a Trusted Thin Client Lead to support the AFCENT Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC) contract at Shaw AFB, SC. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Lead the system administration efforts for TTC server and client environments, ensuring secure and efficient operations. + Act as the primary point of contact for the TTC system, providing technical guidance and leadership to team members. + Develop and implement processes for proactive monitoring, maintenance, and issue resolution to enhance system performance and reliability. + Perform administrative tasks involving TTC server and client hardware, software, applications, and configurations. + Ensure the Trusted Thin Client system is operating efficiently and securely, contributing directly to mission-critical operations. + Implement network security protocols and enforce cybersecurity best practices to safeguard sensitive information. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing immediate and sustainable solutions for the TTC system. + Manage a 24/7 operational environment that provides on-call support as needed and coordinating responses to incidents and maintenance needs + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and integration of TTC systems across broader operational initiatives. + Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise, fostering a learning environment, and providing performance feedback. + Develop training programs and documentation for both internal team members and end users, ensuring consistency in system understanding and usage. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels to provide updates, resolve issues, and drive system improvements. + Global travel up to 10% Minimum Qualifications + Active, in-scope US Government issued Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. + Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required. G ENERAL EXPERIENCE: + Minimum of 3 years of experience in supervising personnel + DoDM 8140 IAT Level 2 (Security+) or higher; and Citrix Certified Associate ‐Virtualization (CCA‐V) or Citrix Certified Associate ‐Networking (CCA‐N), or equivalent certification; Education + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information SystemsManagement, Computer Engineering or related field, and 4 years' software development / engineering experience; or Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering or related field, and 6 years software development/engineering experience; or 8 years' experience software development/engineeringexperience Trace Systems Trace Systems Inc. was founded to support and defend our nation's security interests at home and abroad–– whenever and wherever.
