Can you help us solve complex challenges? Do you enjoy everyday communication with the customers? Lenovo is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Trusted Solutions Architect (TSA) to join our Enterprise sales team and manage all presales activities for select strategic accounts.

What will you do:Act as a forward-thinking, trusted advisor anticipating industry trends, with particular emphasis on hybrid AI, digital transformation, and modern application platforms.Own and drive complex customer requirements from discovery through to solution design and sales closure.Combine Lenovo's devices, infrastructure, and services portfolio into robust, value-driven solutions.Influence senior decision-makers to evaluate and adopt Lenovo solutions, demonstrating clear ROI and business case.Drive cross-BG (IDG, ISG, SSG) collaboration to optimize portfolio sales and create integrated solutions.Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, define engagement strategy, and align presales resources.Serve as the single point of contact coordinating sales engineers, solution specialists, and subject-matter experts.Champion customer needs internally, ensuring solutions deliver on business objectives and exceed expectations.Maintain and execute consistent presales processes, including opportunity management, discovery, and solution validation.

Required Skills & Experience
