Trust & Safety Product Manager - Payments - Senior Product Manager

As a Product Manager within the Fraud Prevention, Trust and Safety for Payments team, you will be instrumental in innovating and managing new product offerings from their inception to retirement. Your role will involve working with our Data Engineers to build out the data infrastructure for our AIML based fraud evaluation solution. Utilizing your comprehensive knowledge of product launch strategies, you will oversee the successful deployment of products, gather crucial feedback, and guarantee exceptional client experiences. With a commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you will collaborate with various teams to deliver top-tier products that exceed customer expectations.

 

Job responsibilities

Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for data systems that support our Trust and Safety team. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive landscape to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to design and implement effective Trust and Safety data solutions.Work closely with internal stakeholders, including risk management, compliance, and customer support, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business needs.Utilize data analytics and insights to make informed decisions about product features, enhancements, and optimizations. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and identify areas for improvement.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential threats. Develop competitive analysis to inform product positioning and differentiation.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on fraud prevention or data solutions that support our AIML infrastructure.Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products in a fast-paced environment.Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-makingProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationFamiliarity with payments, Fraud prevention, and AI/ML strategiesExceptionally strong presentation and communication skills
