As a Trust Associate for the National Branch team, in a Scotia Wealth Management Office, you provide proactive administrative and client service support to the Trust Officers of National Branch. This includes the day-to-day oversight and account administration for client, beneficiary and Co-Trustee relationships.
While discussions with Co-Trustees, beneficiaries, clients, their advisors and the business community will generally be the responsibility of the Trust Officer, the Trust Associate may participate or lead those discussions as needed. The Trust Associate will also frequently gather and relay information that aligns and supports National Branch (NAB).

Proactive with a proven track record of providing a best in class client experience Proven aptitude to learn new concepts and readily apply them to day to day tasks Strong interpersonal , verbal communication skills and written skills. Strong time management skills and a proven ability to multi-task Enrolment in Industry courses such as CSC, IFIC, STEP Canada, ICB. Working knowledge of asset management and administrative procedures Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Basic knowledge of Trust Accounting principles
