As a Vice President in the Closely Held Asset Management (CHAM) team, you oversee financial and valuation analysis for closely held assets. You manage and coach a team of analysts and associates, ensuring high-quality deliverables and regulatory compliance.

Perform reviews and quality checks on financial and operating performance analysesCritically assess asset valuations and underlying assumptionsDevelop and deliver training materials for team upskillingManage team assignments and conduct daily huddlesPlan and oversee workflow to meet global delivery targetsConduct one-on-one coaching sessions with team membersPresent management review decks and manage stakeholder relationshipsAnalyze economic developments and provide relevant feedbackManage deliverables and respond to ad hoc queriesHandle tight timelines and conflicting prioritiesSupport organization-wide initiatives and contribute to team success

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

Demonstrate 10+ years of relevant work experienceExhibit expertise in financial statement and tax return analysisApply thorough understanding of business fundamentalsUtilize advanced valuation methodologies to solve complex queriesReview financial models and produce high-quality financial writingLead and motivate cross-functional and geographically diverse teamsManage escalations and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
