Apply Today! **Description** The Truss Lead position involves overseeing the production of roof and floor trusses for residential and commercial projects. This role requires effective leadership, communication, and adherence to safety standards while ensuring high-quality output. The Truss Lead will be responsible for training team members, setting up equipment, and maintaining a clean working environment, all while contributing to the company's vision and core values.
