Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage monthly forecasting, quarterly closing and annual budgeting process.
2.Communicate with business and finance team on financial planning and variance analysis.
3.Work with chief accounting team on due diligence review and balance sheet validation then prepare and give guidance on closing journal entry.
4. Support MBR to prepare customer and contract level financial report, backlog trend and analysis, etc.
5. Continuously work cross team on process improvement to drive business outcome.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance is preferred
2. 8+ years working experience in Finance.
3. Fluent in English, could use it as working language
4. Good at analysis tool, Power BI, excel
5. Open-minded on innovation, willing to learn the new staffs
6. Good communication skills, team-work spirit and high responsibility
