We are looking for an experienced Leading Hand, or Storeperson to step up into a Leading Hand role. Your duties will include:

\n\nLeading a team to ensure objectives are communicated, and KPI’s achieved on a daily basis \nEnsure operational performance across functions including inbound, outbound, picking/packing, and inventory\nCustomer interaction including maintaining good working relationships and responding to all enquiries in a timely manner \nMaintaining stock integrity in warehouse including adhering to DHL policies and procedures \nFollowing safe work practices and work instructions\nAssist with identifying training needs and opportunities to develop the team \n\n
