The role will be suited to those who have a strong transport background with experience in routing of multi drop deliveries.  Experience in leading large teams and understanding of fatigue management with focus on customer service.

Successful applicants will be required to undertake security clearance. 

Responsibilities\nLarge team leadership\nDaily route planning\nCoordinate driver's workloads in accordance with fatigue management systems and processes with maximum vehicle utilisation\nLiaison with Suppliers and Customers;\nSecure delivery of items within specified time frames;\nLeading procedures associated with the locking and inspection of vehicles;\nAdherence to stringent security requirements;\nComputer recording of deliveries; \nRequirements\nDemonstrate safety leadership and ensure operational compliance with national safety standards, road transport legislation and dangerous goods regulations\nPrevious experience in routing with 3 years experience in multi drop deliveries\nSound knowledge of VIC metro outer metro and regional areas\nProven understanding of Fatigue Management, Mass Management, Quality Assurance and Chain of Responsibility.\nCost management experience\nDemonstrated expertise and knowledge of 3PL operations\nFlexible approach and working hours with excellent communication skills.\n
