**Operations Supervisor – Waste Management – Groot / Waste Connections – Elgin, IL** **Groot** , a **Waste Connections company** , is seeking a **safety-focused Operations Supervisor** to join our growing team in **Elgin, Illinois** . This is a fantastic opportunity for a natural leader with a background in **logistics, transportation, or waste management operations** who is ready to take the next step in their career. In this role, you’ll **supervise garbage truck drivers** , oversee daily route operations, manage dispatch, and drive safety performance.
