The Truck Driver category is for a TRUCKDRIVER, TRACTOR-TRAILER: A trailer having a set or several sets of wheels at the rear only, with the forward portion being supported by the truck tractor or towing.


Responsibilities

The Truck Driver drives a truck and tractor trailer to transport passengers between various types of local pick up and drop off points on Fort Sill, OK.Make trips off the installation if needed.The Driver is responsible for the safe operation of equipment.In addition, the driver will ensure that all loading and unloading of the vehicle’s passengers is done in a safe manner.Perform Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) before, during, and after missions. Report deficiencies and ensure vehicles are properly maintained and serviceable.
Qualifications

Valid CDL A.Two years of relevant experienceHigh School Diploma or GED certificate.Clean driving record for past seven years. 

Desired Qualification: 

Completed prerequisite training for Army Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 88M – Motor Transport Operator

 

New Hire Retention Bonus:

Earn up to $1,000 — $250 after 3 months, $250 after 6 months, and $500 after 1 year of continuous employment.
