U-Haul is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Truck Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the sales process for U-Haul trucks and equipment, maintain all “For Sale” inventory, and ensure a smooth experience for every customer purchasing a vehicle. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working directly with customers.
Truck Sales Specialist – Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
+ Facilitate and manage the full sales process for used U-Haul trucks and equipment
+ Maintain and update “For Sale” truck inventory, ensuring equipment is clean, organized, and presentable
+ Process all sales paperwork accurately and efficiently
+ Transport completed title paperwork to the Department of Licensing to register vehicles for customers
+ Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and guiding customers through the purchase process
+ Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
+ Uphold company policies and adhere to safety standards at all times
Requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years old
+ Must have a valid driver’s license
+ Strong communication and customer service skills
+ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
+ Basic computer and paperwork processing skills
+ Ability to safely drive and move trucks on the lot
