**Job Title: Mechanic** **Job Description** The mechanic is responsible for ensuring that all service and maintenance practices meet regulatory requirements while coordinating and controlling the daily scheduling of service and repair for all road and plant equipment. This role involves completing all required preventative maintenance and repair documents and assisting in the management of parts inventory. The mechanic ensures compliance with service and material purchases and proper recording of inventories on work documents. Additionally, they are responsible for receiving stock inventory from suppliers and ensuring proper allocation by BIN locations as outlined by the lead hand.
