The Trimmer Apprentice is responsible to learn the skillset to become a Journeyman Operator.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Learn to set up and operate all trimmers.Learning the skills necessary to operate assigned machinery.Responsible for prepping machine for the next production run.Evaluate production quality; bring concerns to the appropriate supervisor.Assist in training other trimmer personnel.Troubleshoot production issues that may arise.Responsible for the overall Safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.Overtime is required.
