You will actively manage pipeline opportunities, monitor import processes, conduct weekly follow-ups with customers, and handle internal sales tasks to support our ambitious sales goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our regional Commercial Managers. Your duties will include:
Actively managing pipeline opportunities to ensure smooth operations.Monitoring import processes to guarantee flawless execution.Conducting weekly follow-ups with customers to maintain positive relationships.Handling internal sales tasks to support our ambitious sales goals.Support the organization of the BPG LATAM shared directory.Manage product registration (JDE LATAM / MDM).Query products in ERP systems (JDE LATAM / JDE USA).Verify prices using the LATAM price list and JDE systems.Check inventory in ERP systems (JDE LATAM / JDE USA).Acquire certificates of analysis and other necessary documentation.Request discounts for clients and products (JDE USA).Assist in weekly forecast analysis using Excel and PBI.Prepare presentations and coordinate consolidated numbers per quarter using PPT and PBI.Technical Skills and RequirementsTo excel in this role, you must have:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a field related to life sciences or International Trade.Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.A minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics processes or foreign trade.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Competence in using all Microsoft Office products.The ability to think and act under pressure and solve practical problems.Behavioral AttributesWe value ethical standards and personal conduct.
