Trial Operations Manager
**Services Overview:** This job is part of our change and innovation team seeking to optimize clinical trials. This role will help support the operations team with support for broad process improvements. These process improvements can include process innovation, task automation, and driving process efficiency, both for digital and physical processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical trials, change management, a superior communication ability, as well as the ability to own and drive change management plans. **Job Responsibilities:** + Support global clinical trial process improvement to include: + Analyzing current processes to identify opportunities and barriers to change. + Process automation including (but not limited to) applications such as generative AI or copilot. + Support for physical processes like patient sampling, home visit options etc. + In conjunction with project lead, supp: + Develop and reviewing study documents and materials. + Training site, CRO, and other staff necessary to the successful implementation of clinical protocols. + Drive the process and submission of necessary GCP and EC/IRB documentation and other necessary materials. + Create and deliver compelling communication materials using various channels and formats. + Work cross functionally with a variety of different clinical trial staff and functions to achieve success **Education and Experience Requirements:** + BS, in life sciences or business required + MS in life sciences or business, preferred + Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a direct clinical development environment in a change management role. + Deep understanding of GCP principles and clinical trial best practices. + Preference for candidates with previous experience with a pharmaceutical, CRO, or large matrixed organization setting. + Strong organization project management is preferred. + Experience supporting end to end global clinical trial operations is required. + Experience in clinical trial innovation (digital health), direct patient care, or data science. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
