Key accountabilities
Operational support for TAP suppliers, and point of contact for partners within Trek
Preparation of accurate sales and purchasing forecasts using John Galt software package
Setup and maintenance of part numbers, managing product lifecycle for EU specific SKUs including visibility on B2B and B2C
Preparation of vendor orders, placing of orders and associated follow up
Maintenance of orders in JDE and associated adjustments
Arranging of stock transfers to fill shortfalls
Monitoring of sales figures and investigation of anomalies
Working closely with Marketing & Content teams to ensure visibility of products to dealers
About you:
Advanced Computer skills including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Attention to detail, numerate and analytical
Self-sufficiency and teamwork in cross-functional settings
Passionate about all aspects of the Cycling environment is desirable but not essential
Ideally previous experience of purchasing, supply chain, and / or Sales environment (preferably but not limited to within the bicycle industry)
Willing to travel
