**Description** **The Best Teams are Created and Maintained Here.** **Job Summary** + The Tree Care Foreman manages the day-to-day operations of a commercial tree business. **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Manage the day-to-day operations of a commercial tree business. + Work closely with the Business Developer to deliver seamless post-project follow-up and guarantee all deliverables align with client expectations. + Submit final paperwork to account for billing and collection. + Demonstrate exemplary ethics and integrity while fostering a positive Company culture that prioritizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. **Education and Experience:** + ISA Certified Tree Worker or TCIA Tree Care Specialist + Analytical skills and basic math skills + Strong communication skills (listening, oral and written) + Strong interpersonal skills – able to build solid business relationships. + ISA Certified tree worked or TCIA tree care specialist **Physical Demands/Requirements:** + Constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as calculator, photocopier, and computer printer + Ability to physically perform the basic life operational functions of walking, standing, and kneeling. **Work Environment:** + Works in an indoor and outdoor work environment. **_BrightView Landscapes, LLC is an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer._** **_This job description is subject to change at any time._** **Compensation Pay Range:** $34-$40/hour **_BrightView offers a suite or health, wellness, and financial benefits to full-time team members.
