What the day will look like
+ Perform the role of client manager and provide expert advice to clients with in-depth knowledge of risks and the reinsurance market to find and arrange suitable reinsurance policies and arrange/tender cover
+ Overall account management for large key clients including responsibility for specific treaty renewals
+ Build relationship with reinsurance buyers - act in the interest of the clients and offer products from more than one reinsurer to ensure that the clients get the best service & agreement
+ Work alongside the Regional Account Executives in supporting Account Manager role, develop existing client base and support target new business opportunities
Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ 2-5 years relevant experience in Reinsurance Solutions
+ Fluent in both spoken and written English; additional languages will be added advantage
+ Possess excellent oral, written, interpersonal, presentation and marketing skills
+ Attention to detail, pro-active and results orientated
+ Possess strong negotiation skills
+ Possess good analytical mind with strong business acumen
+ Ability to develop and maintain business relationships
+ Willing to work hard to deliver results
